The People Behind It

About Us

Toastid Tech is founder-led and freelance-supported — a small, direct team instead of a bloated agency.

Our Story

An IT operator turned AI builder.

Toastid Tech, LLC was founded in 2026 by Sean Sziklas Sr., after a 20+ year career managing operations at organizations like USGS and DIRECTV. That background — helpdesk management, technical escalation, real-time analysis — shapes how every product gets built: direct, practical, and focused on solving the actual problem in front of the user.

Every app in the Toastid suite is designed, coded, and shipped by that same operator, with a small freelance team supporting design, web, and compliance work.

Meet the Team

Five People. No Middlemen.

Sean Sziklas Sr.

Founder / Owner / Lead Developer

After 20+ years running IT operations at places like USGS and DIRECTV, Sean founded Toastid Tech in 2026 and never looked back. He designs, codes, and ships every product in the suite personally — direct, practical, and allergic to fluff.

Jupiter

Sr. Director of Infrastructure

Owns the cloud so the products never have to think about it — tracing 400 errors through three layers of AWS at 2 AM and keeping every deploy green. Her rule: find the root cause, verify it, and never churn what's already working.

Tiff

AI Developer Assistant

Works alongside Sean as Toastid Tech's AI development partner, helping architect, build, troubleshoot, refine, and ship practical AI-powered products and systems.

Website Designer

Web Design (Freelance)

Supports front-end build-outs and site design work across Toastid Tech's web properties.

Compliance Officer

Compliance / Integrity (Freelance)
